Our lab focuses on the discovery of novel bioactive small molecules from various natural resources including medicinal plants, mushrooms, Antarctic lichens and mosses, and soil microorganisms from Arctic regions. We mainly focus on isolation, purification, and structural elucidation of secondary metabolites based on NMR and LC-MS analysis.
